Beta Privacy Information

FluidPowerIQ collects your name, email address, optional company and professional role, your access request, and any support messages you submit to operate and improve the beta. Account records include email verification, approvals, access periods, and session status. PJ can review these records and approve or revoke access. We also record the date, terms version, and SMS choice made with each access request.

If you choose optional SMS, we collect the mobile number you enter. Twilio will process your number and message information when SMS support becomes active. We use this information for account and support messages, not marketing, and do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing. If you choose No, we do not ask for a mobile number. You can contact us by email instead.

Essential cookies keep you signed in. The application also uses browser storage for saved calculator inputs where supported; these inputs can remain on the device after you sign out. Avoid using a shared browser profile for confidential work.

The marketing site is hosted by Bluehost. The beta application is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Email delivery uses the configured website email service. These services process technical information needed to deliver the site and messages.

Optional homepage audio plays only when you choose to play it. Do not enter confidential customer information during beta testing.
